World's Largest Typical
Whitetail ever taken
with a crossbow.

I was greatly blessed on Nov. 10th, 2004 with the opportunity to harvest a truly magnificent buck. While a part of me believes that too much emphasis is put on these really big deer, this has been a dream of mine since taking up the sport. If harvested legally and ethically, I view a trophy as anything from a doe in a photo, to a big buck hanging on the wall. The hunt, regardless of the outcome, is what should be valued and God's creation in all it's glory is what should be appreciated. I appreciate your interest and hope you enjoy the site. I look forward to opportunities that may allow me to become even more entrenched in the sport and industry that I truly love.

It's Official!!!!

Boone & Crockett has pannel scored the buck and accepted the score of 201 - 1/8 as its final net score. The deer is officially the State Record Typical Whitetail for Ohio and ranks number 10 all time.

I was able to travel to Boone & Crockett's 26th Awards in Ft. Worth, TX. and met so many super folks that I simply can't name them all. The deer was honored with the B&C "First Award" for being the largest typical whitetail entry in that three year period.

Below are some of my upcoming apperances. Please do not hesitate to ask about an appearance at your event. I have a great time sharing the deer as well as tailoring a talk/seminar to your needs.

11/5/2008- I will be speaking during the Lord of the Harvest Archery Club's Trophies of Grace Whitetail Deer Hunt at Tar Hollow State Park. I am looking forward to spending some time with these folks in one of the best trophy producing spots in Ohio.

3/7/2009- I will be attending and speaking at an event with God's Great Outdoors in West Milton Ohio. Key Note Speaker will be David Blanton of Reattree Outdoors with Gerry Calliouet MC'ing the event.
